On-line registration will open again in May 2010.
Postal entries will be avaialable from May 2010 as well.
As with previous years, you can still come along and sign up on the morning - for an extra £10.
All entrants under 16 must have written consent from a guardian.
There is no team/relay option this year.
The Downloadable form will be available fom May 2010.
